Blackhoof 3D Fun Shoot
Great shoot today at Blackhoof bowmen, Thanks for all your work setting it up! We had some 20 people from the LOTHAC club, and friends from Sycamore Range were there today!

If you want to see the "Mudbowl", and the "Snowbowl"... Pictures are viewable on my facebook. just put my name in or my e-mail. go to my photos, then look for that album. You should be able to view the pictures, as they are open to all to view, even if you are not a "friend".

Sycamore Range looked wet but Good. weathered the winter well. Bags will be out soon!

NEED HELP !!! It would be nice to widen the sides of the back of the range so we don't lose our flu-flu's in the brush while shooting at the discs in the air. If you can help us one saturday soon, Help would be appreciated! please e-mail me of your interest, i'm lookin next 2 or 3 weeks!!! I still cannot do alot of heavy work yet, but I can do some things.  I'd like to have a work party going, bust it out with some chain saws, weed wackers and lawn mowers... Be done with it in a day. We can get ahead of the brush while it's all laying on the ground! It would then be easier to keep ahead of it during spring and summer, and we can find our arrows better when we shoot the disc should we shoot into the corners of the field like we did last year! (Mostly weed wackin and mowing)

A few have asked about Flu-Flu arrows >>>>---------------->, If you want to make flu-flu arrows that don't go far and spiral, you need a full length turkey feather to do so, Lancaster archery has them for 7.00 a dozen!  great for shooting into the sky with a recurve. I have a picture of 2 kinds in the attachment.

The Red and White feathered arrows are Flu-Flu's, and they will fly outside our range easily unless held back some on your draw. I'm talking about the "Rat tail", " Spiral" or "bottle washer" Flu Flu that is yellow. You can do almost full draw, and hardly get them out of our range.

Happy Shootin!
